Springs Successes

Could you use some good news? We hear so many negative things about the pollution and depletion of springs ecosystems – resulting from excess nitrogen application to urban and agricultural lands and the over pumping of the Floridan Aquifer to meet increasing water use demands – that it is nice to read about something positive being done. These stories are examples of both individual and community efforts to protect and restore our springs. We hope that as time passes, we have many more successes to add as we look towards a healthy future for our springs.
